Who we are

Built by engineers who shipped healthcare AI at scale.

For us, this is personal. We started Lumane after watching care teams — and our own families — chase records across every transition of care.

Justin Jasper
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

Justin is a Stanford University graduate in Bioengineering and Computer Science, with deep technical roots across ML, clinical workflows, and healthcare deployment. At the Centre for AI and Robotics (Chinese Academy of Sciences), he built and deployed an AI-powered echocardiogram diagnostic model into the Emergency Department working directly with physicians to integrate it into point-of-care ultrasound workflows. At MITRE, he shipped LLM and retrieval systems for biomedical research. Through Stanford Biodesign, he developed novel tools to reduce post-thoracotomy nerve pain.

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Zouberou is a Stanford University graduate in Computer Science with deep research and production engineering experience. His research spans at understanding LLM Uncertainties at Stanford NLP Group, deep predictive modeling for genome sequencing at the Carnegie Institution for Science, and published work in cancer cell biology, characterizing cytotoxicity and oncogene downregulation in human cervical carcinoma cells; alongside ML research presented at ICML 2021. At Google, he led the team architecting low-level system software and kernel drivers that will be for the Google Pixel 11. Across IBM and Google, he has designed and shipped AI systems that drove roughly 60–70% cost and efficiency reductions in large-scale automated testing and debugging pipelines.
